Overall, I had an excellent experience, at ChestnutHills Apartments. Maintenance and management were very proactive. Maintenance usually took only two days to complete a task of concern. The apartment complex has fixed the homeless issue and the security issue by installing locks on both entry doors. This is excellent, but itâs made it difficult to get UPS and FedEx packages because the doors are locked. I lived in a renovated apartment on the first floor for four years and enjoyed it. It does have a pretty view on the north side of the parking lot. The south side of the building looked out on a vacant parking lot for the apartments next-door it was not very pretty, this was my view, unfortunately. I would recommend that you check out the apartments here. The rent is reasonable and it is an excellent location.

I lived at Chestnut Hill for over 4 years on the first floor in a renovated apartment. The apartment was very nice unfortunately it faced towards a vacant dirt lot facing the apartments across the way. So itâs not a pretty sight. They did take care of the issue with homeless and security by installing locks on both of the entry doors and only residence had keys. The locks have made it difficult to get UPS and FedEx packages. I have moved out since; I have contacted the management numerous times and have not heard back from them. I have not received my deposit back. Overall, the management and maintenance were very good, but with this last issue, Iâm giving the apartment a 4.

Night and day from our previous experiences, absolutely wonderful property management. My partner and I have been living at Chestnut Hills for a little over six months now and it has been arguably the best rental experience I've had. The property management staff are very kind, the maintenance is extremely quick to take care of non-emergency issues, the grounds and halls are frequently taken care of, and the company who owns the property now is reasonably sized and still cares about their tenants. Jennifer has done a very good job managing things ever since she took over as property manager, and I feel just as prioritized as when our initial property manager Aubrey helped us move in. The maintenance have been especially helpful as we got settled in, they are all very pleasant and extremely fast at their jobs. About a month back Alfonso came in to get a preventative toilet replacement done, he was very kind, got the job done in about 30 minutes, and it has worked like a charm ever since. One thing that we immensely appreciate is how the on-site laundry is managed: it is competitively priced to the laundromat down the road, the onsite maintenance is quick to take a look at things, and the servicing company (Maytag) is miles more responsive than our previous apartment. Our last place charged an arm and a leg and WashConnect would take months to address issues with their machines. I highly recommend if the floor plans don't fit well with your needs that you take a look at the other properties owned by Airlan Arms. We primarily went with this property because of location, but they also have affordable units right next to UCCS if that's your thing. I believe this company took over a few years back, so the older reviews are definitely not reflective of how the current management is running things, they're doing an excellent job and I can't recommend living here or at any of the properties managed by Airlan Arms more!

10/10 would recommend living here! Been here almost a year and I just cant belive how amazing Jennifer is and all the maintenance staff! They go above and beyond for this place Jennifer treats you like family! Its been so welcoming and always goes above and beyond to get everything and anything done! Shes caring and loving hearted. I will be staying as long as I can. This is the best apartments ive ever lived at! Thank you for making this a home not just an apartment!

I haven't moved in yet. But let me tell you, Jennifer is outstanding! If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be moving in. She made me feel so comfortable let me ask a million questions helped me carry my son up stairs did a whole tour all in a few hours notice. Outstanding property so far. Cannot wait to move in!

I enjoyed my stay at Chestnut Hills without any problems. Jennifer is really professional, friendly and very hepful. Laundry is having very good new wahsers and dryers. Sometimes few residents don't remove the lint after using dryers. Residents should also take care of cleanliness. They have good notification system for residents, for various alerts including lost and found, servere weather etc. One of the things I liked here is the security personnel patrolling during the night for the safety of the residents. It is definitely value for money in that area.

Not a lot of issues, people leave you alone which is great. I've never had a major issue with the building or my unit. Neighbors are fine, some awesome some not so much, so it kinda evens out. You can't get packages because they keep the building locked and the mail services don't have a key, so that kinda sucks.
