The longer you live here the more they charge you on rent. At this point im paying about $1400 for a 1 bedroom apartment. I paid for a laundry room that was broken for over 2 years then they got mad when i got my own washer and dryer. The drains will fill if multiple people in the building are using water, ive asked for this to be fixed with no response. The worst part? Anytime i put in a maintenance request itâs my fault. My fridge went out and my food went bad, but i guess a light i use in my bedroom broke the kitchen breaker? The lights part of a separate breaker. If your maintenance doesn't know that then I'm sure theres a ton of stuff wrong with this building. You guys are liars and thieves Aubrey and Cynthia. Its principal at this point cause im already financially getting screwed. Keep refusing to reimburse my food and ill put in a complaint with the BBB. Then well have the whole buildings electrical checked by the state to deem how much $ you guys need to put into this building to get it up to code. I know many people that live here and put in maintenance requests with no repairs being done. We pay for maintenance and youâre stealing our money.

Hands down the worst property manager Iâve ever dealt with. DO NOT STAY HERE. Literally HOMELESS people know this place is open and SLEEP HERE NIGHTLY. nothing works and neither do the property managers. TRASH!!!! Oh yeah and they charged 1k on the way out for walls to be cleaned and a cutting board they were gonna give tot the next family ðâ¦. Worst experience EVER.

You know I really tried to give this place a chance, we moved here to save some money, but it is NOT even worth that. Whole apartment smells like cigarette smoke, the hallways are always resided by homeless people. "Security" is non existent. A laundry room is advertised, but nothing ever works. We got beyond charged for clean up and a cutting board that was supposedly a move in gift when we moved out. Not to mention we always paid our rent on time and never missed a month. Seriously don't move here, it is not worth it.

Hey! Itâs Warm here! A few years ago, about 2017-18, me and my parents moved OUT OF THIS PLACE! Iâve seen itâs been renovated on the outside but I have no idea about the inside. All I can say is THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! I remember living there since 2007, and at first, it was a really nice place to live! Some good neighbors, some bad, but thatâs what you expect from anywhere, right? I remember after 2014 passed, things starting getting REALLY bad, though. The neighbors were anything but quiet, beds and other furniture piling up in the hallways, and concerning stains showing up in tons of different places! Right before we left, homeless people starting living under the stairwell near the entrance. Management never did anything about it, and it kept getting worse and worse. All in all, I recommend this as a very temporary home.

Not a lot of issues, people leave you alone which is great. I've never had a major issue with the building or my unit. Neighbors are fine, some awesome some not so much, so it kinda evens out. You can't get packages because they keep the building locked and the mail services don't have a key, so that kinda sucks. Edit: I moved out a couple years ago when I bought my house, but I just scrolled through my old reviews and saw this. Wanted to add that they will absolutely keep your security deposit, even illegally, and will even go as far as to add new charges that go over it. I had a lawyer write them a letter to cease and return the portion of my security deposit that they owed me, they just sent the false charges to a collections agency that went straight on my credit instead. I didn't have the time or energy for the legal battle which is what I'm assuming they are betting on, but I hope enough people are able to fight them that they stop pulling that shit. They still never got the additional fees out of me, but they did keep my deposit.
