You and your predatory towing company need to back off. I understand not wanting abandoned cars in the parking lot, but my vehicle is clearly not abandoned (nor does there appear to be issues here with abandoned cars). My tags are not expired pursuant to the notice put on the vehicle. If your predatory towing company, who has a contract with you, therefore they are working as your agent, tows my vehicle for erroneously stating that my tags are expired, or any other reason, you will be named as a defendant in court. It is difficult enough to live here without this issue.

Place was alright to live in and was convenient to my work, but it was a disaster when it came to moving out. When I lived there in 2015 I paid a whole months rent for security deposit which is alright but at the end they said I destroyed everything in the apartment. Even when I had a move in/out statement showing all everything that was wrong with the place before and after. They took the whole deposit and put a claim that I owed even more money, so they put a mark on my rental history for them just trying to maintain their below average living appearance. Living there was all right buy having to leave the place was totally not even living in there apartments. HORRIBLE "Business" /Apartment management.

Do not rent from this apartment complex! This apartment complex is the site of a large asbestos spill. It was built in 1971 and is assumed to already contain asbestos. The inspector named Trevor from the state of Colorado confirmed that it could possibly be airborne. Also, the roof is falling in (the cause of the large asbestos spill) They never bothered to tell any of the tenants whose apartments weren't affected although we are all living in an enclosed space and could have been exposed. They only told the people whose apartments were affected and asked them to move. The popcorn ceiling in the common area of the laundry room has also been falling down which is also considered a small asbestos spill. If you care about your family, do not move them in here! They are about to come in to clean up the large asbestos spill which is going to generate even more asbestos with the cleanup. This apartment complex has been fined many times for code violations including bed bug infestation they've been dealing with since 2016 as well as huge holes in the hallway of the first floor underneath the carpet and plywood. My neighbor whose review is already on here has huge amounts of the dangerous black mold all over the walls in his bathroom. This place needs to be condemned and they are taking advantage of a lot of disabled and elderly people that don't understand what's surrounding them. They are remodeling these apartments to make them look good on the inside but the whole structure of the building is horrible! Please look elsewhere for your apartment and try to find something that was built after 1980! We withheld rent and took them to court after they filed eviction and they released us from our lease. If you're still considering this, please do some hard research with the City of Colorado Springs so that you can be informed.

This place doesn't maintenance anything you call for maintenance you get the cold shoulder I have to feed of black mold in my bathroom right now and I'm being evicted due to withholding rent until they did fix something I will be going to court on this but I would never rent from this place there are bedbugs holes in the floor the heaters don't work and to make it all better this is what you will be paying for they will quote you 8:50 for a two bedroom but really it's damn near a thousand because you're paying for everybody's utilities this is what I was living in and paying for 11th month of the lease and I'm out

I do not recommend this place. Bedbugs are everywhere. They seem to be popping up all over the place. It's disgusting.

These people are greedy bastards. They collect money and disregard resident's. Water was contstantly turned off without the resident's notification. I was told certain actions were allowable during move in that I'm now being charged for. They cancelled a move out walk thru with me and then slammed with cleaning charges on parts of the apartment I was not aware to check. Do not let your friends and family rent from these soulless people. I will be fighting these charges and going to the BBB. I would give them a zero if possible. Terrible human beings.
