These people are greedy bastards. They collect money and disregard resident's. Water was contstantly turned off without the resident's notification. I was told certain actions were allowable during move in that I'm now being charged for. They cancelled a move out walk thru with me and then slammed with cleaning charges on parts of the apartment I was not aware to check. Do not let your friends and family rent from these soulless people. I will be fighting these charges and going to the BBB. I would give them a zero if possible. Terrible human beings.

This apartment complex is awful. Management is disrespectful, and is never around. They turned off our water for a month due to piping issues. And forgot to come in and turn back our water after the problem had been fixed. And I had to call them 3 times to have them come in and turn our water back on manually. Everything time I called they didn't answer, and never called back after leaving multiple messages. and after all of that, they still charged for utilities. Maintenance will randomly come in, without calling, or leaving a note of why them came in. Overall the experience was terrible! Would never want to live here again, and would hate anyone else having to live here.

Living here sucked. My wife and I moved here as our first apartment and it was a mistake. There was a time where we couldn't use our water for over a month due to a huge plumbing problem. I wasn't upset at the plumbing problem, it's an old building so they probably needed it, but management didn't help us at all. They simply expected us to live without the ability to wash dishes or even shower for the duration of the problem, and they still charged full utilities! They shut off our shower again about a month later, then forgot that our shower needed fixing. The whole thing was supposed to be a two day project but it ended up lasting over a week (again no shower). I am fed up with how they treated us as tenants.

First home as newlyweds 30 years ago. Looks exactly the same. Quiet neighborhood back then no complaints.
